Many people don't appreciate the complexity of the process called escrow. There are basically three separate but dependent processes taking place simultaneously. The chart below describes all three: 1) The title and escrow component, 2) the financing component and 3) the buyer and seller's component. The chart below also describes the extent of an agent's involvement in each. Within the various functions or actions below the (C) denotes involvement to varying degrees of Your Consultant. The ($) denotes an expense to either the Buyer of Seller.
